Return & Reprint Policy
At Klean Packaging, most of our products are custom printed and made to order. Because of this, all designs and order details are reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed custom orders.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, the order is considered final.
Customer Artwork Approval
Before printing begins, customers receive the opportunity to review and approve their final design proof. By approving the artwork, the customer confirms that:

All spelling, graphics, and layout are correct

All sizing and placement are approved

The design is ready for production
Klean Packaging is not responsible for errors that were approved during the proofing process.
Damaged, Lost, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we will gladly correct the issue.
Eligible resolutions include:

Free reprint of the affected items
-
Replacement shipment
-
Order remake if necessary
Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and shipping box.

Shipping Issues
Klean Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped. However, if a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and assist with a replacement order when appropriate.
Production Variations
Due to the nature of printing and manufacturing, slight variations may occur, including:

Minor color differences between screens and printed materials

Small production tolerances in sizing or placement
These variations are normal in the printing process and are not considered defects.
